01. Account Registration & Authentication

To access gork.email infrastructure, you must sign in via authorized single sign-on (Google OAuth SSO). You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current authentication details.
• Maintain the security of your account, salted API keys, and webhook signing secrets (X-Gork-Signature).
• Promptly notify gork.email of any unauthorized access or security breach regarding your API keys.

02. Acceptable Use Policy & Anti-Spam Zero Tolerance

gork.email infrastructure is strictly designed for legitimate programmable email routing, AI agent workflows, and transactional communication.

Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy will result in immediate API key revocation and permanent account termination without refund.

03. API Usage & Service Level Guarantees

We strive for continuous, high-availability service across Cloudflare Workers global PoP network:

• Rate Limits: API requests are governed by per-minute and per-day rate limits according to your active subscription plan.
• Modifications: We reserve the right to upgrade, modify, or deprecate public API endpoints with advance notice under our /v1 versioning policy.

04. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gork.email shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, including data loss, AI agent execution errors, or third-party webhooks failures.
